SEAN HAVEY
Cinematographer/Producer 

Sean Havey has over twenty years of experience as a cinematographer, editor, and producer covering political and social justice issues. He specializes in cinéma vérité to reveal human complexity with a subtle and nuanced perspective. He is currently working with A24 as the Director of Photography and Producer on the Stephen Curry documentary. He was the Producer and Director of Photography for the 2021 Sundance award-winning film, Homeroom. In 2020, Sean produced portraits for the multimedia journalism project, Graying California, that won the National Edward Murrow Award. He was also the Associate Producer for the 2017 Sundance documentary, The Force. Sean lives in Oakland, CA.
